Guarantee of satisfaction
Our guarantee of satisfaction is unconditional. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return your purchase(s) made at Sim-Motion Inc within 14 days from receipt. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for returns that are not defective. Your initial shipping charge will not be refunded either.
If you find products purchased from our web site do not perform to your needs (subject to normal wear and tear), you can return within 14 days from receipt, unused merchandise in original packaging including the complete accessories for a refund (minus shipping and 10% restocking fee).
The customer has to cover the expense / shipping costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered ones. If you return goods by reason of a defect within the warranty period or by reason of a shipping error, Sim-Motion Inc covers the shipping costs. Please pay attention that Sim-Motion can only take over the expense for the Standard / Ground shipping. If the return falls outside of this period, or the item is damaged or not in its original packaging, we cannot accept the returned item(s) and cannot give a refund.
Damaged or defective products
Returned products will be inspected and refunded if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications. We undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.
We do not refund products:
• Obtained from a source other than Sim-Motion.
• Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.).
• Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.
Products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the product are not replaced.
Your credit card will be credited for the price of your product and any taxes, excluding shipping all costs and a 10% restocking fee.
Payment will be made when Sim-Motion has received and processed your returned item.
Please remember that payment companies vary on the time it takes for a credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Sim-Motion Inc cannot guarantee return credit for orders that are not returned in accordance with our return policy.
