The Sim-Motion Premium Aluminum Extrusion tubing racing simulator chassis makes for a great platform for any sim racing gear. Aluminum extrusion is fully modular so you can add your favorite peripherals. It also makes for the most stable platform on the market with zero flex at the wheel and pedal decks.
It includes, wheel deck, Upgraded pedal deck, shifter mount as well as mounting hardware. Available with a seat as well!

The delivery takes place within USA and Canada. *Canadian Duties and Taxes are not covered, you will be responsible for all charges*
Delivery times
As far as no other time limit is stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within the country will take place within 3 - 5 days, in case of foreign deliveries within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one common shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case no shipping costs will be charged.

Return policy
If you find products purchased from our Sim-Motion do not perform to your needs (subject to normal wear and tear), you can return, within 14 days from receipt, the merchandise in the original packaging. Package must include all of the accessories for a refund. (minus shipping and a minimum 15% restocking fee).
Once return is inspected, if parts or packaging are missing, more than the 15% restocking fee may be charged.
The customer must cover the shipping costs of the return.
Damaged or defective products
If you need to return goods by reason of a defect within the warranty period or by reason of a shipping error, please contact us at info-us@sim-motion.com to start the RMA process.
During the first 14 days, Sim-Motion Inc will cover the return shipping costs. Please pay attention that Sim-Motion can only take over the expense for the Standard / Ground shipping. If the return falls outside of this period, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back for repair.
Returned products will be inspected and repaired, replaced or refunded if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications. We undertake to cover the cost of any defective products.
We do not refund products:
• Obtained from a source other than Sim-Motion.
• Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.).
• Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.
Products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the product are not replaced.
If the item is damaged or not in its original packaging, we cannot accept the returned item(s) and cannot give a refund. Customer will be responsible for parts and labor for all repairs if this is the case.
If the item returned is found to not be defective, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees and labor.
Refunds
Your original form of payment will be credited for the price of your product and any taxes, excluding shipping all costs and a 15% restocking fee (when applicable).
Payment will be made when Sim-Motion has received and processed your returned item.
Please remember that payment companies vary on the time it takes for a credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Sim-Motion Inc cannot guarantee return credit for orders that are not returned in accordance with our return policy.

I bought this while Sim-Motion offered a discount since it was out of stock and I was willing to wait. It took substantially longer than I anticipated, but I was in no hurry; I already had a rig and this would just be an upgrade.
I originally ordered the front mount for SImucube, but needed to change to the flat plate based on other peripherals I wanted to add. I was able to email Sim-Motion, get a response back, sort it out and get the credit for the difference posted to my account inside of one day. Brilliant customer service!
Assembling the rig took the better part of a day, but that's because I made some preference changes on the fly and had to undo a couple of things to get it the way I wanted it.
On a scale of 1-5 I rate the key aspects below:
Appearance: 5 - clean, professional looking with nice cable management accessories thrown in.
Sturdiness: 5 - Rock solid. I'm a veteran sim racer with 7 years of experience and know what I'm cabable of doing. I've tested car/track combo's in controlled weather and I've improved my lap times substantially in every scenario I've tested over the last 3 weeks.
Pedal Deck: 5 - no human would be able to make this thing flex. Easy to attach a wide range of pedals.
Seat: 4- I got the cloth seat and the material is just plain lush feeling - like suede almost. It's very well padded and mostly comfortable. I love the included slider, but I do wish there was an option to tilt the seat bottom and not just recline the back. I'm having difficulty finding a seating position that is comfortable without that capability, and am looking for solutions. That said, that is no different than any other profile rig like this.
Assembly/Instructions: 4 - mostly clear, but there are some parts of the instructions you just have to decipher, and maybe employ a little trial and error. Plenty of hardware was included as well as basic tools.
In summary, I would buy this again and I would DEFINITELY by it from Sim-Motion. I love the product and communication.
First profile rig that I have owned. Instructions were only difficult in one spot to understand but it was so worth the 2.5 hours with hand tools. It is so solid that my DD wheel doesn't even move it a bit. The feel of the steering is better and my braking is so much more precise now that the pedal don't move at all.
Highly recommend this setup and looking forward to building more on it. Great price for top notch stuff

We went out of our way to help this individual who live in Manilla and has difficulties receiving product from USPS. We then would not allow him to place an order for a very expensive item because we were concerned about it getting lost. Here's his email to us:
